The term “Referral” is used for any of your friends who join netversalcommunications.com through your referral link. The term “Referrer” is used for the Netversal Communications user who refers friends using the Referral Program.

The Referral Program allows you to share the referral link with your connections via email and social channels. You agree to use the Referral Program only with personal friends and not publish a referral, or cause it to be published or distributed, on or via methods, platforms, and media where you have no reasonable basis for believing that all or most of the readers or recipients are not your personal friends (such as coupon websites, Reddit, etc.). You will not create, publish, generate or solicit, under any circumstances, any bulk electronic mail messages (also known as “SPAM”).

You also agree to comply with all applicable laws, guidelines, and regulations, including but not limited to regulations regarding electronic messaging and anti-spam and privacy laws.

3. Earning, receiving, and redeeming Netversal Communications Credits

• Rewards are issued as a £5 credit to your Netversal Communications account.
• There is no limit to the number of rewards you can earn; the more friends you refer, the more you earn.

4. If you've been invited to Netversal Communications as a Referral

• Referrals must be new customers to Netversal Communications.
• Referred customers must maintain an active subscription for at least 30 days.
• The £5 reward will be credited to your account within 30 days after the 5th referred customer has completed their first subscription payment.
• Netversal Communications reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.

Example

If you refer 5 friends who each subscribe to a Netversal Communications service, you will receive a £5 credit to your account. Refer 10 friends, and you’ll earn £10, and so on.

6. Important disclaimers

We reserve the right to suspend your account and remove any granted Netversal Communications Credits should we notice any activity by the Referrer and/or Referral that is determined to be contrary to the Referral Program terms and conditions. We retain the right to investigate either party’s participation in the Referral Program for any fraudulent activity and take any measures to end their activity in the program and/or on Netversal Communications. We reserve the right to amend or suspend this Referral Program at any time without notice.
